Cold Stone Creamery

This is the third time that I have ordered that same thing and every time I’m getting gypped every time. I always order the mint mint chocolate chip. I never get the brownie that is supposed to be mixed in with it and they never fill up my OURs size. I’m sorry but I will not be going back. I’ll just make my own at home from now on.

The whole placed smelled horrible. Like old dirty water. Maybe a clogged sink in the back? Very strong as soon as you walked in. The place was dirty. Three workers and no other customers and all the tables were filthy and trash on the floor. I didn’t order my ice cream with sprinkles and yet my order had sprinkles throughout. The lady that helped us I believe her name was Jasmin, her hair was long and tied very messy and in her face and down in front of her shoulders. The whole place was dirty and stunk.

I recently ordered a coffeehouse crunch cake that was made with devil's food cake and coffee ice cream for a friend's birthday and it was absolutely delicious! I am used to the ice cream cakes that are just ice cream because I always figured the ones with actual cake would be dry, hard and stale, but this was a pleasant surprise. The cake was tasty, moist and not dense or dry. I let the cake sit out for ten minutes or so it was just the right consistency.

Cold Stone always delivers an amazing experience. They consistently have fresh waffle bowls made, and a great variety of ice cream flavors to choose from. Everything tastes fresh and delicious, and the staff is usually friendly and efficient.

Just left. I had a buy one get one coupon that I got this morning for this location. The girl was rude and didn't know how to do it. Left to call the manager, came back and said they couldn't honor it because the system wasn't working. I said I would skip the ice cream I was getting for myself and just get the one for my son. She voided one off and threw mine away and I bought my son's at full price. Horrible customer service. Attached is the coupon I showed her.
