Cold Stone Creamery

a couple of my buddies from mercedes and I hit up this cold stone in specific because they give pretty large portions every time. They recently did a remodel that makes the spot looks absolutely stunning so on off time we will go in grab a waffle cup between shifts. I think the best part is though that the staff have a great sense of humor, family friendly and just a great addition to the neighborhood.

Just visited after the recent remodel and the store looks clean, and clearly a lot of thought went into making it. It’s awesome to see management putting in the effort to keep the shop looking so nice. I came in on 02/12, and Jakob and Noah helped us out and they were both fantastic super friendly, quick, and made the whole experience even better. Great service, great vibes. Definitely coming back!

Stopped by this Cold Stone to get some ice cream. I went with the chocolate ice cream and asked for a small cone but was given a waffle cone. My wife got French vanilla in a kid cone after she saw mine. I felt I overpaid for my ice cream because of the worker and was not happy about it.

Came in after the remodel and the place looks great super clean and just feels nicer overall. The staff was friendly and the service was great, which made the visit even better. Solid experience all around, and I’ll definitely be back!

I always come to this location and it's usually a satisfactory experience, but last night they had to high school kids behind the counter and they didn't know what they are doing. The ice cream was given to us melted and dripping all around the cups. They need to start getting people with good experience who know how to serve.
