Cold Stone Creamery offers a fun experience with a good variety of ice cream flavors and mix-in options. The ice cream is creamy and enjoyable, and the ability to customize your treat is a nice touch. However, prices are on the higher side for the portion size, and the shop can get crowded and noisy, which sometimes affects the service speed. While the ice cream is tasty, it doesn't always stand out compared to other dessert spots. Overall, it's a decent place for a sweet treat, but there's room for improvement in value and atmosphere.

If you've never been to coldstone, you're in for a treat. It's truly a great place to get ice cream, and especially the EXACT kind you want with so many flavors and mix-ins. Cake batter is my favorite flavor ice cream. Their cookie dough mix-in is some of the best cookie dough I've had. This specific location is great, I've been here numerous times the employees are great. During COVID they are keeping the place very clean and social distancing is in affect. They do have some very limited outdoor seating. Highly recommend!! 👍👍🍨

Best ice cream cakes in town. I ordered online five days ahead of event and it was ready as promised. I ordered a large Cookie Dough Delirium. I thought it came with Kit-Kats, but it didn’t. They offered to add it on free, and I said okay. Best part was it was delicious! It looks just like the picture. Open during pandemic.

Ordered a custom cake two weeks ago in person at the Santa Rosa store. I went in to pick up with excited kids with me, and the cake wasn’t finished! No refund or apology fixes the issue. Will not purchase again. Another chain ice cream has always gotten my order correct, so I will be taking my cake business back to them.
