Cold Stone in Scarsdale always delivers delicious, fresh ice cream with tons of fun mix-ins. The staff here are super friendly and make every visit enjoyable. They’re fast, helpful, and always greet you with a smile. Definitely one of my favorite dessert spots!

Mohamad provided exceptional service with both enthusiasm and expertise. He was genuinely attentive to my preferences and crafted the perfect ice cream creation that exceeded my expectations. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. I appreciated how he went the extra mile to ensure everything was just right. Stopped by Coldstone for ice cream and asked a basic question about calories since I’m tracking my macros. The menu lists the “I Like It” size as 310–710 calories, so I asked what causes the range. The associate clearly didn’t understand the menu, and gave incorrect info. At first, he incorrectly said it was due to different sizes. I pointed out that the calorie range was listed for that specific size, and that larger sizes were clearly labeled with higher calorie ranges. He then said it was because of toppings — which may be true — but instead of clarifying he decided to comment that if I’m worried about calories, I probably shouldn’t be eating ice cream at all. This store gets hectic at times but today was pretty easy, calm and fast. I got my apple pie a la carte and I'm happy 😊. Awesome flavor combinations...we love Cold Stone!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Eliza is one of the kindest, most professional employees I’ve encountered at Cold Stone in Scarsdale. She always greets with a smile, stays patient, and truly cares about customers. It’s upsetting to see adults leave condescending reviews just because she clarified they don’t serve rolled ice cream. Being a teenager doesn’t make her any less capable & she consistently goes above and beyond. Eliza, you’re doing amazing! Your kindness, maturity, and work ethic don’t go unnoticed.
