I’ve been coming to this Cold Stone Creamery for years, and it never disappoints! No matter the time of day or whether I’m alone or with a group, the staff are always welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. Their customer service truly stands out. If you’re in the Sedona area and craving something sweet, this is the spot to go. They offer an incredible variety of ice cream flavors and mix-ins, so there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re a classic vanilla fan or love to experiment with unique combinations, they’ve got you covered. I’m so grateful to have this gem in Sedona—it’s a must-visit for locals and tourists alike!

Obviously the Cold Stone Ice Cream was delicious, but the best part was the view from the patio. It honestly is one of the best views I've seen in sedona, and there was no hiking involved. Also our mixer Max was very personable. Great service.

My wife and I still talk about her blueberry cheese cake ice cream overlooking Sedona while it was raining. So good.

There is a kid in here named Max. He is super nice thank you for your business, which is rare and most importantly he made the best founders favorite I've ever had.

Wow... Service is a thing of the past. Brooke, was extremely rude. Zero people skills and just downright unfriendly. Very short and unwelcoming. Honestly, she acted like she didn't even want to be there. Matt on the other hand what a breath of fresh air. He was super nice, but Brooke's attitude was so bad even Matt couldn't make up for it...
