Cold Stone Creamery

Cold Stone Creamery is the best ice cream place hands down!!!! The ice cream cups are made with the best ice cream & a lot of love and they also have pup cups for our grandpuppy. The workers have excellent customer service skills, they're always happy and speedy. I will definitely return at least once a week for summer months.

They have dairy free ice cream and sorbet options for my fellow none dairy humans.

Horrible ice cream and over priced. This place is highly overrated. And very horrible customer service. This a once and done trip for me

Sat. 4/13/2024: WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!! I paid $17 & change for 2 Lg. Ice creams, 1 of them had brownie mixed in it & the other was plain. I posted Pics. Let me start with the ice cream here is GREAT when its made by someone that knows what they are doing, if not, well you just wasted $13 on a 1/2 gallon. The customer service.....SUCKS!! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! I'm writing this review as I'm sitting here in their parking lot waiting for someone to bring my order out to me. I got here & called @ 8pm I was told it'll be a few mins but someone will be out. I said OK no problem. It is now 8:30 & I'm parked rite outside their side door. The only reason I'm not going in is b/c I ran out w/out shoes. I called & was told Well ur gonna have to wait a bit longer b/c we're really backed up. I said no

Paid almost $50 for ice cream from this rip off of an establishment & these were the LARGES!! If im not mistaken, this seems to me as false advertisment!! I'll ask a family member who happens to be a consumer protection attorney. Also purchased a 1/2 gallon & thats the topping I chose but on the side. Thats not even enough for a large!!
