Cold Stone Creamery

I went into Cold Stone on Sunday afternoon 2/15 and just have to say the experience was 10/10. It was my first time at this location. Two young girls were working, and they were sooo amazing. They seemed to really communicate good even while getting online orders. From the second I walked in, they were super friendly, patient, and seemed to make each other laugh even while the line was wrapped around the store ! They helped me pick out flavors, gave great recommendations, and didn’t rush me at all. You could tell they worked really well together too — everything was quick, organized, and they kept the line moving while still being really sweet to every customer. My ice cream was perfect (like actually mixed so good), and the whole vibe just made my day better. Definitely coming back !

Look I don’t mean to be to harsh, I’ve worked the ice cream industry myself lol I try to be sympathetic and patient especially when the store is operated and ran by teenagers and young adults. But I was on a trip to Utah and thought, hey what the heck might as well get some coldstone. We walked in and we were greeted right away, but the place looked awful. It was a Sunday afternoon, seemed like just 1 employee, a young man, was working. Like I said I try to give grace as much as possible especially with what just 1 employee but that store was a disaster. Almost every single ice cream pan was empty, tags didn’t match up with what was in the ghea. The bathroom felt disgusting, stains all over the toilet and sink. It just felt like it wasn’t clean, organized or being ran very well. I will say

I did an order online for our family of 4. With each tub ordered, we had our family members name on theirs. Everything was great with pickup. The ice cream was perfect. The best part was the crew member Julianne ( I think that is how it is spelled) made fun designs next to our names which was sincerely the best part. Thank you!

Can you guys get some employees that actually want to work? I went in today (Sunday) 7:30pm and waiting inside for 15 mins until your girl worker came out to help me. She seems like she hates her job. I had to call the store and ask if someone could help up front or else who knows how much longer I would have waited. And let’s not get me started on her attitude. Didn’t say Hi didn’t asked if I wanted mix ins just served me some ice cream and I had to have her take it back to put in the mix ins. I’m tired of coming here and feeling like I am bugging the employees. Their job is to serve some ice cream not give customers attitude and make them wait for 15 mins until they are done hanging out in the back to get some help. Coldstone, get better employees.

I ordered the Oreo cake for my daughter's 7th birthday. It looks beautiful but it tastes pretty awful. The ice cream portion didn't taste like cookies and cream. It tasted cold. And the cake just tasted weirdly bitter and was extremely dry. Out of the 12 little girls here, only one ate more than one bite
