Cold Stone Creamery

This is what get for a “large” $10.00 ice cream at this Hylan blvd location. I usually don’t complain and hope for better service next time, but this same person is here and is very snarky attitude and very cheap on the toppings. Believe it or not this is supposed to be “birthday cake remix” but there are no sprinkles, chocolate syrups, or any toppings at all visible on this extremely small portion. I will never ever waste my money here again. It’s unreal how this store has been this way for years. I go to the one on Richmond Av, and get treated respectfully. I don’t think this store should exist.

I love this place. Service is fast and on point, the place is kept clean and the ice cream is top notch as always. I usually always get chocolate devotion or cheesecake fantasy. But today I got Oreo overload, let’s just say I got a a newfound love for cold stone again. Always hits the spot!

Chocolate Devotion from Cold Stone is super tasty! It has chocolate ice cream, fudge, brownies, and chocolate chips all mixed together. Every bite is full of chocolate and so fun to eat. If you love chocolate, you will really enjoy this!

Honestly a very good ice cream store, tastes better than store bought ice cream and the owner is a very nice guy.

Premium ice cream or cakes, which you should expect to pay premium prices. Everything is good, and I do love their cakes. The staff is helpful in ordering and has never made an error with us. It is not a matter of choosing the best versus other places. Sometimes you are in the mood for Coldstone, Carvel, fro-yo at Yogurt City, or some delicious homemade ice cream at Something Sweet. You make your choice and get what you expect to get. Coldstone is for big, tasty, and pricey.
