Cold Stone Creamery

Terrible! Ordered online at 4:30. Arrived at 6. Ice cream was not ready. Order a mine size, had extra and the guy didn’t even give me the rest. Do Not Recommend. This place vibes cold stone franchise a bad name when it comes to elite customer service. Can’t wait to get back to my regular cold stone in Miramar FL. They have a young staff but they have excellent customer service and this experience made me see the difference between good service and bad. I’m a regular cold stone customer and I will not support a location before I stop supporting brand. Please do better.

Crappy experience is overpriced, and you don't get what you paid for. Ordered online waited 36 minutes for the ice cream. However, it was a little busy tonight, so I understood it. It was the employee who made the ice cream who ruined the experience. She made my ice cream the (white one pictured), and it was supposed to be lucky charming ice cream with banana ice cream mixed in and added banana while having it in a green waffle bowl She made the ice cream with only b-day cake ice cream and bananas and no waffle bowl. When asked, the same said they were out of green waffle cones. (So you don't give any cones ??) The i said the ice cream is also wrong it's supposed to be lucky charms ice cream, and she said no, it's substitute bday ice cream. And it's not i left a comment saying mix in bday

July 20, 21, 22, 2025 I've enjoyed your ice-cream. I miss the location at the Tallahassee Mall. This location outside is not clean, to many people who hang out, asking for a handout. I just started coming here, with my kids. It's scary when I see people who hang out, and their paraphernalia is on the ground to include illegal drug items, used cond#ms...etc... I'm like 🏃🏽‍♀️ to get back in the car and watching where we step. I suggest you get another location. There is space by Publix on Ocala Road, Tallahassee, FL. Just saying. I really want to continue coming...but...sad 😕 Yes the ice-cream is good. I had the butter pecan with added pecans, peanut butter, caramel. Kid had a scoop with a sprinkle cone.
