It’s my favorite ice cream brand. I bought the chocolate cake, but it tasted a bit sweet. You might need ice to take it home, but they said they don’t provide ice here.

I got an 'our strawberry blonde' cup (love it size) with chocolate fudge syrup instead of caramel. The server mixed it in front of me, which i thought was cool. It came a little melted but that's more the Texas heat (it was 95°) than anything else and didn't affect the flavor. I absolutely enjoyed my ice cream and Intend to come back again and try a shake or waffle cone soon. Edit: tried the waffle cone with the new Lucky charms flavor. It was way too much ice cream but it was so good. The cone bowl is so thick and chocolatey.

Disappointed, I’m pregnant and had a craving for a milkshake and came here. I got the love it size Reese’s chocolate peanut butter dream milkshake, with whip cream on top, for one nothing but peanut butter, I can’t taste any chocolate, for two if you’re gonna put whip cream on it you should use the tall dom lid not a flat drink lid and three, according to the online advertised picture and on the menu there is a drizzle on top. Not worth it for the price or customer service I recieved. I had to have him add more whip cream as he handed it to me with a figure 8 of whip cream to begin with. I even mentioned it supposed to have something drizzled on top and he said no. Clearly the in store menu and online say otherwise.

Glad we have one back in Waco! Ice cream is delicious and creamy. You can pretty much make up whatever you want, just pick the base and have them add ingredients. Or choose from the menu. Easy to order as they have 3 sizes for a cup or you can select a waffle cone. Prices are a bit high, as they are everywhere else in America nowadays. But the ice cream is delicious!

I have been to cold stone several times and have not had much of an issue. The ice cream is great. Tonight I ordered 2 small cups for delivery. Upon receiving, we started eating them, mine was fine no issues, my significant others however before getting through half the small cup found 3 separate blone hairs. The store was contacted and informed we are working to resolve this tomorrow. But 3, not one, not two but 3 separate hairs! It's unacceptable.
