Cold Stone Creamery

I don't know why I haven't left a review before as I have called the store in the past to offer verbal praise of outstanding accolades and service in the past. Tonight I left the store a bit disappointed. I came in as I usually do to get a smoothie. I have been in there before and members of management were present when they had to break the news to me that they had run out of ice to make me a smoothie. So, this evening, when the young lady and young man heard my son's request they looked at one another and said that they were out of ice. I thought nothing much of it as I had run into situations like that before. HOWEVER...., and this is probably where I should have spoke up and said something, but I did not. I had a really good experience at this Cold Stone. The store was clean, the ice cream was great, and the service was excellent. Harrison helped me out and did a great job. He was friendly, efficient, and made the whole visit pleasant. It’s nice to see employees who take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be back.

ordered from them on doordash. every single time they fail to properly seal the bag. every other place seems to be able to do this no issue. since today is a holiday, i did a long distance delivery at another cold stone. their bag was properly sealed. please do better. it’s not that hard to put a little extra effort to protect someone’s item. thank you.

Took my grand daughter for over cream. She had a great time creating her own flavor using cotton candy as her base. The store was clean and the service was quick and professional. Thanks!
