Cold Stone Creamery

Today I went to Coldstone and got a small cup of coffee ice cream. (I was the only customer in the store) When I stood at the register to pay, the young girl behind the counter was smiling and looking down at the counter. Then I notice that she was on her phone texting while I waited for her to take my money. I had to say, Hmmm, hmmm. for her to look up. Then she took my money. Texting on the job while the customer is waiting is enexcusable!

So disappointed in the management and experience of visit on Sunday 7/19/2020. It was National Ice Cream Day, so It may have been under predicted how many people they would have visit this location. However, aside from the long line and wait outside, the 2 guys inside moved extremely slow, had poor attitudes and expressed a don't care disposition with customers. After being on line for an hour outside and finally getting up to the door, 1 couple which I saw them arrive 10 minutes prior, came to the door saying they said come right in for pickup. I shared that we have all been out there long waiting and they can't jump the line. The guy was nice enough to engage conversation, and shared t hm at they just stood there and ordered on the website. The order was not ready, of course, because it

Dirty , slow, and no toppings !!! I had my heart set on a birthday cake remix, stood in line for 30 mins only to be informed that they were out of brownies ... and walnuts .... who is in charge of inventory ?! 😂 I wanted those damn brownies !! And the counters were dusty and dirty 😖 ice cream preparers had their hair draped all in their faces, they should be wearing hats/hairnets... no one wants dandruff and strands all in their ice cream.

Wish i could give 0 stars!! Stood there for 10 mins with my kid and got completely ignored!!! The guy came out from the back and took the customer BEHIND ME!! Like what??? Even if you didn’t know wouldn’t you ask 1st if everyone’s being helped? EVEN THOUGH I was clearly standing IN THE LINE!! So ridiculous! Just shut this store down already! Or hire more professional staff everyone who works on Thursdays there suck !!

I normally love coming here but I don’t know if the person who made this was new or not. I asked for cookie dough ice cream but I basically received a milkshake. He was chopping it and smashing it so much that it was mostly liquid in my cup. I live 10 minutes away so no it wasn’t due to a fault of my own. I had to clean up so much ice cream off the table and my cup when I took the top off. I still tipped because that’s just who I am, but I really wasn’t what I was expecting at all. I didn’t want to get him in trouble either.
