Cold Stone Creamery

Found a rotten tooth fragment in my ice cream. It's definitely not mine. (I even checked to make sure, but I don't have any cavities...) It was a pickup order so the ice cream was already in the freezer when picked up. Seriously, one of you need to go to the dentist and get that taken care of.

Really bad. Run the other direction, horribly bad. The store has only half the lights on, the lights are caked in dust, the bad ice cream is egregiously expensive, the ice cream tasted like one of the strawberry mix-ins was freezerburnt. At one point, I thought to myself that maybe my first impression wasn’t actually that terrible and I just needed to focus on the positives, followed by the only store employee dropping a large metal tub on the floor in front of me, picking the bottom of the tub up with her gloves and then going back to making ice cream with the same gloves. 🤮 $22.44 for 3 cups of poor quality ice cream that made us feel sick.

This was my first visit to Cold Stone and it was great. I tried the Cookie Doughn't You Want Some. It was very rich and super sweet. We ordered the smallest size, the like it, and it felt like a ton of ice cream. Both of us were barely able to finish our portions, but we managed anyways. There were quite a few people in line but the three employees managed to get the line through fairly quickly and efficiently. None of them were particularly friendly but I think that was probably due to all the hustle and bustle of the long line. The parking lot here is pretty full since it's next to a Chipotle. They have a few tables for seating, which happened to be full when we came in. But by the time we were through the line, several tables had freed up. We had a nice first visit here and will defin

Can be expensive but you can't beat some of their set flavor combinations. Love the birthday cake one (ask to add cake pieces) and their peanut butter or Reeses options. Love their set 🍦🍨 ice cream creations. They also have ♿ handicap accessible 🅿️ parking, 🚻 restrooms and seating.

This place was slammed! But still they had the chaos in order. The staff was kind, fast and down to the point. Would highly recommend this location.
