Excellent Food and Service, But Be Aware of Accessibility and Ambiance! We had an overall positive experience here, primarily due to the exceptional food and friendly staff. Parking was easy, and we were greeted promptly. Our server, Nicole, was courteous and incredibly helpful throughout the meal. The food was the highlight: it was served fast, hot, and fresh. The BBQ was great, the fresh-cut fries were a real treat, and the Thousand Island dressing was excellent. The cost was a little over $30 for two, which felt a touch high. However, the dining environment has significant drawbacks. The atmosphere is nostalgic but very dark, making it difficult for my mother (who has vision issues) to see the menu (which has very tiny print). This place. Wow. 15-20 years ago this place was great. Don’t know what changed, but fix it. Food wasn’t good (pork, slaw, watered down bbq sauce, watered down Brunswick stew) and there seems to be a weird environment going on. Not the old time family atmosphere at all. Go to Wallace’s for the original. Trust me!!

Wasn’t sure where or what we wanted to eat. Went to our old faithful and wow. We both had chop steak, onions and peppers, her baked potato and me sweet potato. Bailey suggested Blue Cheese Dressing for my salad and it was the best I believe I’ve had. Rita had Ranch. Bailey our waitress was amazing. Food was great. It made our day after a busy week.

I brought Johnnie’s my turkey that was given to me. I’ve never cook a turkey before. So I chose to have them smoke it for me… IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS … The giblet gravy was on point. 😋I’m so glad I decided to have them smoke it… The girls in the store are so nice and friendly... Excellent customer Service…💜 For my new years tradition I’m definitely gonna use leftovers from the turkey for my collards and black eye peas.. Thank you so much for your love you put into your food. Every time I eat here, the food is delicious and comes out quick, hot and fresh! My server Kenzlee is absolutely so sweet and treats me real good every time I come in. 100% recommend this place y’all!
