Collins Burger Mart

Nice and bright, but small inside. Very nice owner/cook. The burgers were very good, and filling. I loved my swiss mushroom burger and onion rings. Hubby had a regular burger with bacon and jalapenos added and he enjoyed it. Don't miss this hole in the wall place if you need a great burger at a great price. They have a varied menu that we will have to come back and try!

I occasionally will pop into a “hole-in-the-wall” at random just to check it out despite the outward appearance. I have nostalgia for the Neighborhood Grill down by Kroger from when I was younger. Getting a affordable burger fries and a can of soda brings me back. Collins Burger Mart caught my eye as I pass it frequently. Today I gave it a shot. It’s not the prettiest looking place but I was immediately met by an extremely nice woman who made my heat warm. She said long time no see, I didn’t want to tell her I’d never been there. I ordered a burger with all the toppings, fries and a can of dr. Pepper. 10 min and $10 later I walked out with a great smelling Togo box. Great burger at great price, from a real small business owner. What more do you want? Go grab a bite!

Drove here just to see they were closed at 5:50p even though the hours stated 7p. Never eaten there before.

The Ma'am that took our order was super cool! She had a great sense of humor and made delicious hamburgers! The turkey burger was my favorite.
