Their signature Colorado Grill Burger—juicy, smoky, with bacon, cheddar, and house aioli on a toasted bun—is pure perfection. The hand-cut fries are a crispy delight. The staff is amazing, delivering great service with warm smiles. Izzaq and the team offered spot-on recommendations and made me feel right at home. Five stars for this delicious, friendly spot. I’ll be back!

2 stars just for the food. It tasted great until I bit into a good amount of onions. It was good until that point. Had to spit out the food into the napkin. Looked at my burger and I just ended up eating just the patty and buns clean off. The fries were flavorless honestly. Got cold pretty quick for steak fries. The onion taste ruined the whole meal so I couldn't even finish my entire fries even if I tried to. I even added so much ketchup. The taste wasn't going away. The service was good, the cook o believe (African man) noticed me and asked if I was ok. Explained what happened and he offered me another remake but what's the point of my stomach was hurting from the taste of the onions. I declined his offer. He came back after I had to finish what burger I had which was just buns and patty

I begged the owners to make homemade ranch for years....They finally pulled through! Good job guys! The ranch dressing is excellent...And I was pleasantly surprised by the SPICY ranch. The burgers and fries are always fresh - it's worth the wait! LOVE the Pastrami burger...Juicy, flavorful etc. To be honest? We love eating at "fancier" places as a family...E.g., Colton's Social House....But when it comes to a burger? Colson's can't beat Colorado Grill. So keep up the good work, guys! Your staff was friendly and helpful....We visited twice in July.

I appreciate their great service and ownership to ensuring our meals are done with high quality. They took care of getting my order made correctly. Definitely recommend this place and “Q” was on it! He was very attentive and made us feel very welcomed.

I used to go to Colorados when I was younger but after moving away I hadn’t been in ten years. Was in town for Christmas so I stopped in. Wow, I can’t believe this isn’t a nationwide chain. The burgers are so incredibly good and the sides are also amazing. They expanded to include different fries and even onion rings. I am still thinking about the burger even a week later. Don’t walk, run to Colorados.
