Con Madre Cocina

The location of the food truck is actually very convenient since there’s a lot of seating. The tacos were great. I got three of them. Very good flavors overall very juicy only issue that I had was They were a little too salty. The chips and salsa were amazing because the salsa that it came with was spectacular super savory Pretty large tacos overall as well, but the prices are a little bit steep and high, but I would definitely come back again.

Okay, hear me out. It’s a windy rainy morning and you are craving a breakfast burrito. You’re in a new town and Reddit says this place is the best. So you go. And when I say that it didn’t disappoint. I am not joking. The burrito was HUGE and the salsa was flavorful and not watery! Not only that, the tortillas had real flavor. Thinly we’re beautifully thin with the perfect chew. The only thing I would say that was slightly off was that I chose potato’s instead of beans. I feel like that was a mistake on my part.

*EDIT* Business replied blaming rising food costs over past 6 months, yet you can find similar reviews that are 1 yr+ old. (See last picture) Also, hardly an excuse to charge $3 for a grand total of 12 bacon bits crumbles between 3 tacos (yes, we counted). The only thing worse than bad food and service is horrible excuses from management for it Can't speak on in person experiences, but my experience from DoorDash ensures I'll never find out. Paid extra for EXTRA bacon in breakfast tacos and received literally a few tiny crumbs (see pictures). That amount isn't sufficient enough for a regular amount let alone paying for EXTRA. Aside from that, tortilla was hard, tacos were greasy, and I hate the taste of chorizo, ordered no chorizo, yet the potatoes taste like chorizo. Will avoid in the fu

The price point just doesn’t make sense for the ingredient quality, portion size, and the taste. Chicken quesadillas were pretty gross and they serve it with a baby spoonful of guacamole, birria tacos were good but it’s 3 tiny little dudes, birria ramen had soggy noodles, Mexican bread pudding was like eating a yoga mat with less flavor, horchata was alright, their sauce is solid. $71 dollars for that. That’s like 7 whole burritos from chipotle. How does that make any sense coming from a food truck. What can I say about Con Madre that can’t be said about honey badger.

We loved the pozole, the amazing queso! My friend's burrito was huge. They are updating the space and have a new food trailer. Seating is available....we ate there.
