Highly recommend!! This place just opened.! Loved Matias-(Gm)-Dorian (Host)Amy (assistant manager) Andrew (Waiter) Ryan (Bus helper) They show you a lot of love in this place. They want to make sure that you’re Pleased! The first night we went was on a Friday, February 13. My husband had the best salmon ever and I had the veal scallopini with a lemon zest. We took a ricotta cheesecake. Slice home with drizzled guava.(Delicious) We went back on Valentine’s Day, were able to get a reservation. I had the mushroom risotto that was done in a Parma wheel OMG We also had their salad, which was very tasty. The Montepulciano Wine went very nicely with my risotto. My husband had the salmon again. This place is absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere is just as amazing as the food. If you sit in the back, you completely forget you’re right on Duval. It feels cozy and intimate, like a little escape from the busy street. Definitely a spot I would come back to again and again. Genesis was incredible, her service truly made the difference. She was attentive, kind, and made our experience even more special. Definitely a spot I would come back to again and again, my new local favorite!

I’m giving this restaurant one star solely because of the hostess, who clearly didn’t know what she was doing. The way she treated us was absolutely ridiculous. After we checked in, instead of assisting us, she began helping other guests. For a good five minutes, we were following her around while she helped another family choose the coziest table near the heater. When they finally selected one of the tables, we kindly asked if we could take the other table near the heater, as it was freezing outside. She refused and said that table was for four people. However, she then took us inside and seated us at a table of the exact same size — placed in the middle of the room, a table that apparently isn’t even normally used for guests. Fantastic meal for all 4 of us. Started with a delightful Belgium Ale and fresh bread. Three meet pasta shells were so creamy and rich. Couscous seafood was loaded and delicious. We’ll return on our next trip to Key West!

We had dinner elsewhere that evening, but by the time we were heading back to our apartment, we found ourselves craving dessert. As we walked by Conchiglia, we were drawn in by the atmosphere. We didn’t realize at the time that it had only opened a few days earlier. The posted menus didn’t list dessert, but we decided to ask the host anyway. Glad we did. Food: The regular dinner menu sounded fantastic, with a wide range of options including pizza, pasta, salads, beef, chicken, and seafood. It’s definitely a place we’d like to return to for a full meal. Since we were only there for dessert and there was no printed dessert menu, our server did a great job describing the options.
