They helped my get my birth certificate and were so fast and nice.
On there website they have to put there dang Fax number! There is none on there website just there phone number which makes it very hard to fax them over any information they requst and it only shows there address! Having the doctors keep sending over the same information is ridiculous!
Waited over and he to be seen the told if they don’t call back your good so I call to double check results nd I’m constantly told we have 1 nurse I can take you nane abs number nd have her call you nd I never get a call nd it’s been almost a whole month smh!
Never have to wait long, such great help there. Low cost services since I don’t have insurance, very nice!!
Got my wic today and they used my 4 month old daughter's formula . Someone stole my daughters formula . Very very unhappy
