Cook Out

I've gone through the drive thru a few times and every time, I get burnt Styrofoam on my hush puppies and onion rings. They need a better solution on packaging carry-out and avoid health risks with melted Styrofoam on the food. Last time I go there until they figure out a better solution. Please be careful everyone. I do not recommend drive thru.

Came in there today around 12:30 I kid you not they had me in and out! Service was the best I’ve seen from any fast food place in a long time! Shoutout the cashier upfront Eli he took care of us and made sure we had everything we ordered! Give the whole crew a raise 10/10 will be coming again!

I went in to get a chocolate cherry milkshake which to my surprise “isn’t on the menu” according to the cashier at this location even though it is in Mobile. You would think since it is a chain restaurant they would have the exact same stuff on the menu, but apparently not. Thanks to a review from someone named Dwana Schill for posting the menu from seven years ago, I could in fact see “Chocolate cherry” on the milkshake menu. The kind employee that took my order was very kind to say “I’ve never heard of that but we can make it for you!” When I took a sip of my milkshake, for some reason, it had peanuts in it along with the cherries. Even though they have never made this type of milkshake before, there was a sticker on the cup that says “Chocolate, red cherry.” Nowhere on that sticker did

love coming here! everytime I come the food is really good and the sweet tea is even better. Lvette though, I’ve seen her working multiple times and she’s always great and clearly good at her job and can definitely uplift me on a bad day when i come! she’s super nice, and my order was spot on accurate. only rating it 4 stars instead of 5 because one or two times the fries tasted a little burnt but it’s been great since then so no harm no foul!

Amazing Resturaunt, customer service is excellent my food is always fast and hot. I love that this place is open so late. Good job cook out yall made my night. Best of all when I had a complaint they handled it so perfectly and got my food fixed immediately and with a smile. Best late night spot in town.
