Cook Out

Wow just wow . Sent wife to go get food & came back with cookout. I hope you have a tip jar cause of so your getting a $5$ and thanks for being a top self pleaser kind of a food experience. For all around experience you guys rock and thanks for the fair prizes the burgers are are work 10 to 15 bucks in my eye's. And no I don't know a soul there

I pulled into this cookout at 11:19PM I proceeded to wait 30 MINUTES to even make it to the window at 11:52PM when we are greeted by the "lovely" woman at the mic who doesn't speak of the 30 minute wait that the entire line has clearly just been through and tells me it will be a minute on my food. IT WILL BE A MINUTE! I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 30 MINUTES!!! FAST FOOD???? At this point we are questioning if they are grilling each order as they come in or even if there are only 2 employees on shift because that is the only excuse for this. We finally got our food and left after a whopping 35 minutes! Thank God the food is at least hot!

Great experience!! Food was great. My granddaughter enjoyed it. We had a 2 hot dog plate. A small cheese burger and fries and a drink. Food was as ordered.

I'm deaf, I chose go drive thru. I had notes ready lists what I wants. A guy said not have corn dog. I had to go park and I had to fixed note again and then go back to drive thru. I gave to him. Then guy said "you have to go inside front, I can't fix it, sorry". That was truly upsetting me. I had to gave up my food and hurry to home. They waste my time. I will never go back. Not friendly for deaf.

We stopped at the Bristol parkway one and it was just 1:50 and was told they were closed .But I had checked the closing time for Thur and it says 3;00 they had plenty of time to make out food.The young man that told us they were closed argued with me that during the week they close at 2;00 but that's not what the app or ads say.You really need to update your times before someone drives for over 30 minutes to get it to be told we're closing
