Cook Out

I usually just let my daughter go grab our food from this restaurant, but I was driving and decided to go with her to order my favorite cheddar style burger and regular fries. I knew it was going to be bad when I very nicely asked for a cheddar style burger and regular fries and the girl kept saying do you want a tray and I told her NO, 3 TIMES. I then said again all I want is a cheddar style burger and fries. I pulled to the window and paid and of course my order was wrong. No fries then the boy said that’s all we have for the order. Clearly Alexus the girl who took my order wasn’t listening very well. The boy was uninterested in fixing my order. I was pissed but didn’t take it out on him since he clearly didn’t take the order. I will give this place a break and go to Wendy’s or DQ where

I recently went to the cookout in Calhoun and it almost changed my mind to not ever try it again...I was extremely disappointed I'm so pleased I decided to come here after my son's doctor's appointment, the burger was not burned everything was perfect I couldn't be more grateful for the customer service in the very fast response ...... I got three plates two milkshakes and a drink and it took less than 5 minutes and when I tell you absolutely everything was fresh it was great!! thank you again good job guys it's so hard to find good customer service and good food at the same place nowadays..❤️❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Where do I begin? This was, okay. Not because of the service, that was absolutely great! The size of the food was the main problem of this experience. The portions of the food were small and I didn't really enjoy that, so that can be a hit and miss for you. I do like the food as they were hot, and delicious, but I just feel like something like this needs to be solved and not have this criticism being left out of the dust. The food in general was mediocre. The drink was the only best part of today's experience. The atmosphere; not so much. The building was kind of dirty, and it does need to be fixed before things like this worsen. I would return but I would like to see some further improvements to both the establishment and the main problem with their food.

Ordered milkshakes for my daughter and I today. They were not good like they normally are and our cups were filled only half way. We ordered a milkshake not half of a milkshake.i ordered banana pudding milkshake and it only had half of a vanilla wafer in the entire shake. My daughter ordered an oreo shake and she had oreos at the top only. They were not made very well at all.

Yesterday my husband and i stopped by for “what we thought” would be a quick lunch around 12:00pm-1:00pm ..We left upset and pissed off. We ordered our food and the two gentleman standing the front were playing around and acted like they didn’t even want to be there. I ordered a milkshake i barely had any cheesecake pieces or blueberry pieces. The first few sips were fine but once i got half way through my milkshake it started to taste funny as if the products used were expired.. time kept ticking and my husband looked at our receipt to see what time we placed our order we noticed we had been waiting more then 10 minutes (we noticed one customer come up worried about his order too - because i over heard him say he had been waiting 20 minutes - the two gentleman behind the counter said “wha
