Cook Out

I don't even know where to begin. The speaker at the drive-thru is horrible. You can't understand a word, the person on the other end says to you. My main issue was the food. If it would let me post a picture of what I got I would. Everything tasted like it was burnt or that the grill hadn't been cleaned in, who knows when. My wrapped food had many pieces of burnt scraps wrapped up with it like it was scraped straight off the grill into my food. In the end I ended up having to throw everything away. The chicken wraps that I ordered were completely falling apart or torn wide open as well as burnt. I ordered a unsweet tea and got an ultra sweet tea. The Cajun sandwich I ordered was soggy and the chicken was a quarter of what the bun size was no exaggeration and burnt. I do not recommend this

Honestly one of the best burgers I've ever gotten in my life. I got the cookout style burger and it was 10/10! I'm hooked! I'll definitely come back here. Who would have thought chili and cole slaw on a juicy seasoned burger would be so delicious!

Not the best cookout style burger I've had bit it was still pretty good. It needed more chili and slaw. Shake was nice and thick. Walk up window or drive thru only. Seating outside. No restrooms.

Really cookout? Y'all want to be rude and give folks no food. I get that it's cheap and y'all are busy but is it really appropriate to be rude just because someone wanted a diet drink? Edit: Cashier's name was Shamira
