Cook Out

I love COOK OUT, we really need this in Pittsburgh! Jacqueline L. Was working the counter, she’s a sweetheart and very helpful! She is an amazing lady helping the drive thru and making sure dining room was clean n everyone was taken care of. Thank you!

Ordered a cookout tray with a burger. I asked for mustard chili slaw and pickles. I received a burger with mustard slaw pickles and ONIONS. Mind you I was charged extra for the chili that I did not receive and on top of that the onions were so big my burger could have hula hooped with them… I also asked for extra ice in my sweet tea and received maybe a handful of ice. I looked at my ticket and my order wasn’t taken incorrectly just made incorrectly. This is the second time in a month my order was incorrect last time I got no pickles. As for a person who doesn’t eat in my vehicle it is very disappointing to dive home to find out my order wasn’t taken incorrectly wrong and I over paid.

Waited almost 10 mins in the secondary drive thru waiting for the car in front of me to leave. The main drive thru had cars moving as normal. I finally had to leave because I had an appointment to get to. Now without lunch. The car sitting there was sucking down milkshakes or drinks. Not sure why the wait. I stopped for fast food (one burger) because I had somewhere to be. Not what I got at all.

If you know me you know cook out is my go to when trying to get something quick and easy. This one was pretty decent very clean I can say but customer service was as good as most of them. I can say the drive thru was packed but the inside was dead. I went inside and got my usual. Cajun 🐔 Cajun 🍟 Walking 🌮 Food was fresh but drink machine tasted like bleach. That's why the four star, the drinks.

If I get cheese on my burger again even though I ordered a burger with NO cheese and if I get Cajun fries again without EXTRA Cajun even though I order EXTRA Cajun and if the drive through tries to give me my food without putting it in a bag and if they try to hand me a soda with dripping soda all over the outside agaon imma gonna SCREAAAAAM!! Also, FIX your dang drive through speakers already because, this isnt 1998 anymore its 2026 so no excuses on technology. Also, FIX your sodas because, every flavor tastes like half water and half soda no matter what I order or when. The worst soda ive ever had at a fast food place. The good thing is the food is pretty good in general and the prices are right so I keep coming back BUT, my goodness get it together already. P.S. Thank you for finall
