Cook Out

this cookout is literally 4 miles off the exit & i was super annoyed at how far it was… but the food was the best cookout ive ever had. The employees were super fast and friendly. The bathrooms and dining area were clean. They need a party or team outing because they are killing it!

Don’t park on the far side at night, after exiting my vehicle I tripped on the parking concrete stop, went in to order I waited for my food finally the mangers asked what are you waiting for, my order had been given mistakenly to someone in the drive thur any how the manger fixed my food himself, good guy. To many goof balls work there and can’t even take an order properly and remember their customer in front of them. After leaving Cookout I wished I had never stopped there.

Recently visited this cookout location with 2 other people we went thru drive thru they got our order wrong we asked for 2 of the exact same thing and they only got one and were being rude in the drive thru when we told them that’s not correct however we got our order correct in a timely manner ordered 2 Reese shakes that tasted like they were old/expired burgers tasted ok.

Best dang Mint Chocolate Chip Oreo Milkshake there ever was! 😂 Good stuff and honestly all food is great. BUT the Milkshake!! Woooooo. Mmmmmmm

Was told to wait at window waited 10mins minimum then I come inside and the person behind me gets to come to window right as I walk in now frustrated to order at outside window. Then I go inside no one is literally ordering but yet I had to wait 10 mins for nothing then get laughed at by the pink braided hair woman at window told me to wait. I do not find it funny nor professional to have me wait then when I say im coming in to order which took 3 mins the person behind me got to go to window and order as soon as I left.
