Cook Out

The good; *The food is good *The dining area and restrooms are clean. *Low pricing on meals. *Friendly staff! The not so good; I ordered inside and dined in. Staff was observed eating around drive through window. Portion sizes are extremely small with the chicken breast barely visible under the small tomato slice. The bun was 3" diameter and my side of slaw was probably 2 or 3 oz.

Who ever they hired recently, just really doesn't care about the job. This place used to be 5 star all day. Recently, the orders have been messed up. Either completely wrong order at drive thru or not getting everything that was ordered. Example, ordered burger tray with bacon, lettuce, tomato. I received no bacon, even though was charged for it, and they added cheese, which I did not ask for. Comes with two sides, I asked for double fries. Got only one small portion of fries. The staff there seems like they do not care. What a shame

Great employees and food. But sometimes they agree to serve the worst people, like these scrawny boys who WALKED through the drive thru, stopped the whole line for over half an hour, and made the food out of stock.

This place used to be really good now the portions are getting worse while prices increase. I ordered a chicken strip tray with fries and one of the strips was only 1 inch long and only 20 fries. I was in the drive through and in a rush and didn't realize till I left that they didn't offer any sauce.

Stopped at Cook Out after a long day at the horse show and it hit the spot. We ordered a cheeseburger, hotdog, hush puppies, and the “nachos in a bag” (whatever you call those!) — everything came out fast and was pretty solid. You really can’t beat the speed and the prices. Nothing fancy, but exactly what you want when you’re hungry and want something quick and satisfying.
