Cook Out

Ordered two barbecue plates and when I got home discovered this. The food was so hot it melted the boxes. Seriously need better quality packaging for food that hot.

When I get a sweet tea I expect it to be sweet and not have a coating with a nasty flavor which stays in my mouth (which out of the few sips I took it was great) And then I pop my lid open because I love the ice. Then I spot this. What this is lack of cleanliness (mold) this is ridiculous it takes 2 minutes to clean a tea urn properly. This is unacceptable

Amazed with the high quality fresh beef, fresh buns and fresh onions. Truly fantastic quality. The onions are great onions, and the ground beef is possibly the freshest I've ever had, no lie, but my burger was made poorly. The bottom bun was soggy... You'd think the onion would be under the patty. Is mashing the burger flat a regular practice? It looks run over. Jasmine was the only one with a mask. I saw no one with gloves. Really tired of the anti-vax, anti-mask atmosphere. Would give 4 stars if it wasn't a health risk. Don't know who thought proverbs on the bag was a good idea but that didn't work for forever twenty one. A little research would show just how cynical people can be about it. Personally, I don't want to invest in the ideology.

first off, they forgot to ring up my cheese fries. second, i got my sweet tea, picked it up, and it splits in half. how does that even happen ???????

I ordered a Oreo milkshake, drove back home took the lid off and it just looks like plain vanilla ice cream with no Oreo, so I stir it up and there are a few pieces of Oreo but barely any. Not only did the Marion NC store skimp on my milkshake they didn't even fill it to the fill line. I didn't pay $4 for this. Its just sad, I'm not sure if it's a management problem or an employee problem but y'all really need to get it together.
