Cook Out

They had alot of cups with flavors inside for milkshakes prenade under the table on a lower shelf. Very unsanitary. Employees slow to take orders and not taking proper protocol to handle food items. Very unorganized environment. Milkshake was too soft from the beginning and they are supposed to behard as a rock.

Fast and fresh. Get tbe basket for the best deal. The Cajun fries are great here. Burgers, hot dogs, chicken, quesadillas, shakes.... cheering side hits the spot with their burgers. Love to stop at COOKOUT while out on the road.

Food was fantastic, where the problems have been is with the staff. Specifically the night crew, for some reason these people have screwed up my order twice now. I would clearly tell them my order, burger, with chili, cheese, etc. they would continue asking for sides and a drink. Tell me my order total, which sounds correct, since I get the same thing every time. They hand me my bag and drink and when I open my bag to eat what I ordered it is something completely different. Tonight was 2 hot dogs and chicken nuggets. Definitely not a double cheese burger, cheese curds, and a wrap. Probably will not be visiting this location ever again.

Food is normally hot but today the hushpuppies were burnt and cashier wasn't very nice. Milkshake are always a nice treat here.

Went through drive through and ordered 1 hot dog with mustard, onions and slaw. Ordered another with chili and ketchup and onion rings. Got home to find the one that should have had mustard, onion and slaw had lettuce, tomato and a touch of slaw. Looked at the ticket and that was how the cashier the order. Apparently, cashier can't read. Smh.
