They rushed me to order when I opened my burger nvm the picture will explain poorly wrapped it was also a black grease on the side of the burger

Very affordable and delicious. Burger and sides were steaming hot and the seasonal pumpkin pie shake was killer. If I see another location I would stop in a heartbeat. Well worth the money.

They really gave me a burnt burger that looks reused. It’s soggy! I normally don’t have an issue with them. It took like 15 minutes in the drive through. I waited this long for this? A random bell pepper is on it and everything.

I’ve never been to a Cook Out that cheats you out of portion size. I received my tray with this kids size portion of fries. I asked for more fries and was told that’s the amount that comes with it. I ordered an additional fry to make up for what I was cheated out of and was given half of what should be in there also. This location does not give you the food you pay for.

The young lady at the drive thru was very professional. I was given a white tray with no bag or napkins. I was not informed there were no bags until I inquired. The onion rings were hard and the cheese bites were overcooked. This was my first and last time at this Cookout. Do Better.
