Cook Out

This Cookout is our go-to when we need a quick lunch, dinner or a milkshake fix. Food is always fresh and filling. Love the cheeseburgers with all the toppings and the onion rings and cheese curds are our favorite sides. The people are awesome. Thanks to Ethan for his patience when we changed our minds three times.

Milkshake 5 ⭐️ always good! Please update the speaker system, as the owner, have you ever driven through your own restaurant to see how the operation runs? The person sounds muffled and you have to guess what they are saying! Visited 12/31/25 approximately 10:50 pm, customer service was appalling. The young man at the window stood talking to the other staff members while he took my card for payment, handed the card back to me, handed me my 2 milkshakes 1 at a time without ever looking at me and never said a word to me, unacceptable when you work in customer service and provide service to people. I work in customer service and I am required to work several holidays in a year, because you are working a holiday does not excuse you to provide poor customer service. I could not tell you what he

The service was terrible it took us 45 minutes to get 2 hamburgers, 2 tender trays and 2 bbq sandwich. We ordered 2 hamburger trays but couldn't since the girl to put it on our order. We also ordered 2 Cokes and got 2 teas that was full of lemon flavor instead. We wanted fries and It took another 15 minutes for them to cook even though we ordered them with our first order. So when we finally got our fries all the other food was cold. SO NO IT WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE

I’ve been the cook on some Georgia,Florida and South Carolina and this one is by far the worst. The manager, Dwight, Took my order and neglected to tell me they had no soda so I was expecting a cheerwine only to be told and I have to select something else. I decided to get a walk and taco that didn’t bother to tell me that it was a bag of Doritos with taco stuff in it and I got a spoon instead of a fork to eat it with and I total of five hush puppies for a side. After waiting 20 minutes, I expected better and I will never be coming into this cookout again

I went here tonight on October 6th. I ordered a walking taco and they told me they were out of chili AFTER they took our money. I said “is it just a topping?” She assured me it was. I then said ok that’s fine. After opening the walking taco i realized there was no meat so i asked if i could get something different. The lady was a jerk(blonde hair and nose ring i believe) and told me “ummmm you could get nuggets or fries”. No i should have been 100% refunded OR offered something at the same price. She told me the chili was a topping not the meat. I am a foster parent and came here after a tough night, her attitude was the last thing i needed
