Cook Out

My wife and I were looking for a burger joint that was open late and Cookout pulled up on the net. It said they were open until 2am. When we got there at 9:23 pm one of the workers a young lady ran to the doors to make sure they were locked. Keep in mind they're were people inside eating. My question is what time does your lobby close. That was an odd time to lock the doors when we would have enjoyed dining in.

Do we not believe in hairnets anymore??? I’m pissed. I work late and was hungry and got home just to find hair in my food. At least they gave me a healthy tomato !!!

Ordered Cajun fries and received regular, then ordered two double cheeseburgers and got raw/burnt/pieced together regular ones?? It wasn’t even busy. Whenever I tried to order the guy kept cutting me off and I knew there was no way my order was going to be right. Very frustrating. Threw basically the entire meal away and went somewhere else.

Came here twice today. The double burger with cajun sauce and all the trimmings plus jalapeño and bacon was soooo goood! Better than In N Out!!

Experience was fast, cashier was great, however, for the server portion my children were not pleased with usually Fries you get the most of at this location, that’s a different story.
