Cook Out

After going to a Cookout off of College Road, 715 College R, I was greeted by a disrespectful worker. I wasn’t speaking loudly at the box, and I think because of that, the worker became agitated. Sadly, he escalated the incident and raised his voice, yelling at my friends and I, “To Just Order." Once we all completed our orders, we drove up to the window. The worker was rude at the window as well, but he handed over our food and drinks. We drove off, but then I found a large chunk of grey, seemingly pubic hair ( because of its coarse and curly pattern) in my milkshake. I turned on my flashlight and saw several chunks of hair. Food has always been correct but the new workers there were super rude. A young lady after I asked her to remove the extra drink she added bc my boyfriend had decided he didn’t want it and we could just share one from the meal she turned around and closed the window but not enough because she was talking bad about us to her coworkers and we sat there and heard all of it. Please teach ur new hires to be more nicer. It was a night shift employee and they worked 02/7/26

That's it you lost a customer! You probably don't care. The food was terrible, the service was Worse and the speaker gave me a headache being extremely, extremely loud. I almost stopped at the one up the street and I wish I did. There's a reason I never go there? This reminded me. Note!! No offense to the sweet girl at the window handling food. Oh and the unsweet tea was good, wow could you screw up unsweet tea 🤷🏻‍♀️ thank God!! Burned, cold hush puppies and dry/cold chicken.

This cookout needs new management, the only thing consistent at this location now is the cold food, this used to be the best cookout but in the past few months it has fallen off i can only assume it’s the management because why are employees pushing out cold food? I’ve never had that happen at the one in Carolina beach I also go to all the time or the one just down the road the few times I’ve been to it. Pretty saddening to see since this location was the first one in town and most of us locals love going to this specific one. I hope someone reads this and things change, much love

Ok, in fairness, it was around Midnight. Drive-thru moved efficiently but the people manning the window seemed a bit on the rude side; I get it, you are working fast food on a Friday night. It probably does suck however no need to be rude to patrons for no reason.
