Dined at Coperta on Tuesday (12/30) and had a lovely, understated experience. I sat at the bar, which was quiet and comfortable—perfect for enjoying a few happy hour items and taking in the atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive and hospitable, creating a warm, trattoria-like feel reminiscent of Italy. The fried mozzarella was excellent: house-made, perfectly coated in garlicky breading, and served with a rich marinara that tasted like an authentic nonna’s sauce—savory, balanced, and comforting. We went here for a casual date night. The food was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. For the price point and the quality of food, we would definitely recommend. The Suppli appetizer was delicious. The ragu and cacio pepe were our two favorite mains. We will for sure go back.

This was our first visit and we were happy with how things went! The gentleman who greeted us and took us to our table was very nice and accommodating! Our waitress was also very nice! She answered our questions and also made great suggestions and recommendations about the menus! We were under a little bit of a time crunch, but she was still very polite and attentive! Food wise, everything was delicious except for the salmon special they had on this night. We ordered 2 because we had a group, and one was underseasoned and overcooked, and the other was undercooked a bit, at least for our liking. However, the Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe dish was amazing, and so was the Goat Cheese and Chive Ravioli and The Lamb Shoulder! We loved everything except the salmon, which is the only reason I gave 4 s
