Copper Canyon Grill

We came for Sunday lunch and had the Ahi Tuna Tacos appetizer (3), Grilled Rainbow Trout, and Coconut Shrimp Roll. The tuna tacos were nice in a small crunchy shell with a slice of avocado and a spicy mayo, but not too hot. The coconut shrimp roll was good. I was pleasantly surprised how good light, fresh tasting, and non-fishy the Rainbow Trout was. It came in a light, white cream sauce with spinach and mashed potatoes. Maria, our server, took great care of us.

Went for Valentines day Dinner, loved the idea of roses on the table for the guest to take home. Think it would have been a little better if they had someone on the piano. Food was Good Not Great Ordered the salmon which was a Lil over cooked and the ribs which were good just not great. Started with the calamari which I feel like for the portion size the price point was off. The server forgot or orders a couple times but it was really busy so its was that big of a deal. Over all the ambience won us over.

Food was delicious and well prepared. Atmosphere is just simply soothing. The staff had Amazing customer Service. It made us feel special. Not to mention the location of the restaurants so many things to do after feeding thyself.🤣🤗

Oysters were super fresh! BBQ ribs were perfectly fall-off the bone. The special Tres Leches cake was incredible! Cocktails were really good too (Bloody Mary and Espresso Martini). Will definitely come again!!

Came here for a work function. Had probably 20+ people and had tables in the patio area. Convenient location, plenty of parking, great lake view. Had fixed option menu for party but there were no vegetarian options. Including picture of menu that they provided me. Had a pasta linguini alfredo which was OK. Only maybe one option was vegan, though I'm not. Patio was noisy b/c of being an enclosed patio. Service was good and the courses were fast and coordinated. No idea how much it was but was not impressed with the vegetarian options - didn't get a chance to look at the regular menu but figure some of the specials were on the regular. Appetizers of nachos w/cheese spinach and pita with hummus were ok. So many compelling niche ethnic choices in area not sure I'd be back.
