Corky's Ribs & BBQ

The wait was insanely long. Although our ser er tried to make up for it by offering us a complimentary dessert. But I had to share this. The food was totally worth the wait. The best BBQ ribs and pulled pork I have had in a loooooong time. Great ambience and vibe.

First time to a Corky's and it won't be our last!! I got the ribs and catfish nuggets combo. For an appetizer, we got the onion. All the food was cooked just perfect! The Mac n cheese was so good and creamy! I think someone's grandmother is in that kitchen and she has Mac n cheese duty!! (No disrespect meant). Seriously, they are famous for their food. I get it!! Try it if you haven't been!!

Everything was good! I have no complaints. My parents took my husband and I out Friday. I enjoyed the appetizer and the cake. It appeared they were short on waitresses. The one waitress available did a good job, in my opinion. We over tipped.

Corky’s was my first favorite bbq and will always be. We used to stand outside this place when it wasn’t much more than a shack. So many fun times and amazing meals ! It is still very good! Great dry rub ribs. Great Rolls! Great BBq sauce! Great slaw and beans. Now add cheese grits for the Win and burnt ends. Oh my !

Plan to get there early for dinner- we arrived around 5:45 and didn’t have to wait but the line was out the door when we were leaving. Ribs had good flavor, pulled pork was tender. Catfish bites were delicious. Stuffed but had to try to the banana pudding too!
