Cornerstone BBQ Yucaipa

On Valentine's Day, we decided to try our luck here since the rest of Yucaipa was fully booked with ridiculously long waits. We scored big time because our experience was fantastic. One of the bartenders noticed we were clueless about where to sit, having come from the front instead of the back door like normal people, and stepped in to help. Our server was super sweet, constantly checking in. The atmosphere was a fun mix of modern country and patriotic flair with some country music playing as we walked in. The food, oh man, the Family Style small feast, Mac and cheese, corn salad, and those life-changing brisket nachos - portions were generous for two people. Delicious doesn't even begin to cover it. Food was delicious and great portions, for my preference. I had the side garlic fries, which has a nice crunch to them. For my main dish I went with the chilaquiles, pulled pork, and an over medium eggs.

I had high hopes of a nice bbq place in town when these guys opened a location up here. Unfortunately they fell short. Not only did they not even give the place a good cleaning or a paint job when they took over from the previous owners, they phoned in the food quality and service as well. The owner seems to focus more on his other locations, not even posting open hours online until last week. The same staff was kept from the last failed establishment, and it shows with the lack of customer service. The food is overpriced and lacks flavor or any outstanding quality to set this place apart from the local drive thru. The quality for price is abysmal. Went here for the first time for lunch a little pricey but the food was excellent in the atmosphere was outstanding I will definitely come back. I just moved into the neighborhood and looking for a good sports bar place and they have a great bar with a lot of TVs

Decided to try the new location & couldn't be happier. Friendly staff & super cool decor and vibes. The manager Diane Maya was super friendly & informative with their new location. She's an amazing woman. Food is always good like always. Love that they have a bar now for some drink drink 🍻. This place must be packed in weekends, especially the location. A+ !!
