Customer service and food recommendations were awesome! I hadn’t been to Cosi in years, but still great restaurant and staff!

Always greeted with a friendly hello. Good salads. Only thing I wish they were open longer or on the weekend other than that love it

I wasn’t going to write a review but this chili was soooo good! I ordered it for my lunch and when it came everything was still warm even the bread, I finished the whole thing in about 20 minutes 🥲. Would definitely recommend!!!

The customer service here is impeccable. I am always met with a warm greeting and a smile to match. I occasionally order through the app for campus lunches and they are always correct and promptly ready when I pick them up. The ladies in here are super friendly and pleasant to talk to and always take good care of me and my orders. Not to mention, the food is always fresh and the portions are always nicely sized.

I ordered from Cosi for the first time in a while for a larger work lunch. I was impressed! The sandwiches were all super flavorful (shout out to the Chicken TBM especially), and the staff went out of their way when there was a small issue with our order. I will definitely be using Cosi more often, especially for larger lunches!
