Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill

So I just got home from my takeout order and they got the order correct but the food was so bad. I go here literally all the time and it always tastes great but this was bad. Opening the lid from the tin, a long black strand of hair lay between the lid and the sauce on the burrito. The ranch sauce was also super liquidy, and must’ve been very watered down because there was no flavor in it. The pork in my burrito also wasn’t shredded much, which also led to lack of sweet flavor. Large chunks of pork that weren’t shredded. I lost my appetite a few bites in. Like I said before I go here all the time and I typically love it. I know what my burrito is supposed to taste like and it is not this. Service was fine no issues there just not a good visit for food.

Dont eat here. Husband got the Nachos and litterly just did chips meat and cheese and black beans. We had to use lettuce, sour cream and everything else from home. Waste of hard earned money. So disgusting.

1. Closes way too early. Lots of cars and customers still going through the line near closing. 2. Run out of staple menu items. I've come in several times an hour before closing and they are already out of sweet pork and rice and refuse to prepare more. In which case I will simply walk right back out the door and eat elsewhere. 3. Small portions. Burritos here are much smaller than similar locations. Great food as always, decent staff, but suffers from poor direction and management.

I ordered a grilled chicken burrito with black beans and they gave me shredded beef with pinto beans but hey at least they got the roasted green chili right!

We visited between lunch and dinner, so probably not prime time, but we noted the following: The music is LOUD.in the entry point and harsh, not background at all. There wasn't a single employee we saw smile...not once. No one looked happy to be there. Bad vibe. The ingredients on our pork burritos were a little scant and though they were made together for two of us, unevenly applied. One had noticably more than the other. One employee was cleaning tables but in slomo. Many tables were dirty, even though there were few customers. The food was barely like warm and very bland. We left agreeing that we wouldn't be hurrying back.
