I love their products! The breads are hearty with the right amount of crusty goodness in the shell. The desserts are the perfect accompaniment to your Sunday afternoon luncheon spread. I take a few pies to every potluck I attend. It is the ideal way to get invited back. Sharing a meal with your fellow neighbors and discovering what makes them tick has never been more important. Tell them a few of your most noble deeds over a cup of hot beverage and a scone. Highlight the important parts without getting bogged down in the minutiae of your life. They'll certainly appreciate your brevity, and it sets a precedent for future gatherings. Be sure to bring something from the bakers of Costeaux to share with the attendees.

Mediocre breads. There is a persistent problem with large windows in the bread that makes slices fall apart, and spreads or toppings fall through. This is due to poor technique--not properly punching down the dough after the first rise. I hope that someone there will notice this and remedy it. The pizza dough is amazing and the princess cake too! Yum!
