Cotijas Mexican Food

Went to this location for the first time, had high hopes. I got roll tacos. I got into the car and saw they only had a white paste sauce and cheese, went back in and they plopped guacamole like paste sauce onto the food which looked non-appetizing. And the service felt rushed even though it wasnt busy. The roll tacos left me disgusted and never coming back

Got a shrimp taco and its a grande size and absolutely delicious

Service is great, but food is horrible. I've never had great food there. Sometimes it's just "ok," and other times it's down right awful. Tonight I ordered a Pollo asada hard taco (with lettuce, tomato, & guacamole), I was beyond disappointed with what I got. Cold, rubbery tortillas filled with bland unseasoned chicken, and guacamole. The chicken had clearly been sitting out all day. It was inedible and had to be tossed out. This will definitely be my last visit.

There Carne asada fries were off the hook. Really good. Service is very quick !! We ate outside. There isn't a whole of seating but it works out.
