Enjoyable meal. Arrived 6:15 for a 6:30 reservation, we were seated promptly, smaller crowd that steadily filled up from then on. Good wine list by the glass or bottle, service was prompt and timed well but never rushed. Meal for 2 was $90, included bruschetta and arancini app for each of us, veal milanese was a very generous portion and we could not finish all of it, chooice of 2 sides and we chose pasta ( spicy sauce option which was flavorful with garlic but not overly spicy) and the arugula salad with parmesan and cherry tomatoes. Other 2 options were fried zucchini and french fries and both looked good. We were too full for dessert. Adorable inside, spacious, clean and cheerful restrooms. They have a couple mocktails on the menu but they made a less sweet one and it was great.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Masterclass in Simplicity Cotoletta’s South of Fifth location proves that when you do one thing perfectly, you don’t need a complicated menu. The concept here is bold but brilliant: "freedom from choice." We came for the signature Veal Chop for two (Cotoletta alla Milanese), and it did not disappoint. The chop itself is a showstopper, massive, perfectly pounded, and breaded with a golden, buttery crunch that gives way to incredibly tender meat. It’s rich without being heavy, especially with a squeeze of fresh lemon. The sides are just as essential to the experience as the meat. The spaghetti al pomodoro is deceptively simple but tastes exactly like it does in Italy, and the zucchini fries were light, crispy, and addictive. The atmosphere fits the SoFi vibe perfectly—elegant but u

I am very particular when I eat out. It is a set menu and you MUST trust the process. The staff were exceptionally kind and engaging. They anticipated needs throughout the meal experience. The food was above and beyond! The price point for the quality and portions is unbelievably inexpensive! The drinks were perfect regardless if you are having sparkling water, aperol spritz, or espresso. They did not slack in any category. The entire staff was on their A game the entire culinary experience. The booths were very comfortable AND my absolute favorite part was the super cute bathroom! Save your time and energy when searching for Italian in Miami. Eat at Cotoletta! You won’t regret it!

The elegant dining room raises expectations. And the kitchen delivers. Concept is simple. One entree - cotoletta or cutlet (if you ask chicken or veal, this place is not for you). Prepared the Milan way. Pounded super thin, breaded, then fried. Simple light, perfect. Choise of two sides, Fried zucchini or spaghetti. You'll never have lighter, more perfect zucchini! Choise of two apps. Arancini true to its roots or bruschetta. Nice choice of de rigueur red wines by the glass or bottle. 🍷 Oh, and one dessert- Tiramisu. If you like Tiramisu, you'll recognize this is the best! If you don't, you will become a devoted fan!

Wonderful place. The veal was terrific. The pasta was perfect. The cocktails were fabulous. I hope it is a success. As a local I would go no more than once a month. I don’t think tourists will go for this concept. When tourists come to Sofi it is for Joes or big name restaurants (Milos, Fogo, Papi). During slower times the locals cannot fill the restaurants. Sofi is not Coconut Grove! In Sofi there are not enough year round residents yet many more restaurants than in the Grove.
