Cottage Inn Pizza East Lansing

Great customer service. Very clean environment. A young lady by the name of Kaliyah took my order and was very Pleasant to talk to. Pizza came out just like I wanted! Would highly recommend.

Best Damned Pizza out there… 😩😩 26 Mile little caesars still tha best but this close runner up🏃🏿‍♂️🏃🏿‍♂️🏃🏿‍♂️ FOR SURE!!! Took my boy here…. HE said he wanted so much damn food AND YOU KNOW WHAT I LET HIM cause thats whats damn good fathers do… Thats right young dads take note😏 Any way …They whipped up all those damn Breadsticks and BIG PIZZAS in No time at all!! Amazing …6 stars.

I ordered a chicken, bacon , ranch sub at 6:17. When i finally received it , it was 7:30. I called to ask if my order had been sent out, the man told me , no, it’s going out next. They them proved to call my phone and ask me what my number was. Um, hello you juts called me!!! They said the driver will call when he is on his way. At this point I’ve been standing at the door watching for about half an hour. I attached a picture of the sandwich I received. It was cold and unwrapped. I called and spoke with Janice the manager. She tells me that they tried to deliver it once and were unable to. I told her I had no missed calls or voicemails. I also told her that I had literally just spoke with a man that told me the order hadn’t been out yet. She was rude and argumentative. I told her o didn’t

This is ridiculous. I hand him a 20 in all rude attitude he said you need to check your building number or something like that and I couldn’t hear him so I said I didn’t hear you and he got into his car and slam the door. I get inside my apartment and I open my pizza and this is what I see it looks like he cut a piece off or something like that nature and I feel so uncomfortable that I don’t even wanna eat it. The store I used was the one in East Lansing Michigan on grand river Ave

This is by far the best pizza place I've ever eaten at. Along with the amazing food they have some of the friendliest staff I've ever met, (hi George if you're reading this). We will come again next time we're in Lansing. Note: I have celiac cisease and Cottage Inn has by far the best gluten free pizza/cheesey bread I've ever had.
