Excellent service and food
I cannot believe that I ordered an antipasto salad tonight and received lettuce. I called they said they never received my order but I was able to pick up an order in my name and I paid $16 including a tip and the entire antipasto was just lettuce 😂 That’s expensive lettuce. DO BETTER PEOPLE!!
Unfortunately my experience was not as great as others. My wife placed an order at 4p for a 6:45p pickup. I show up 5 minutes early as I usually do. My wait was extended by just over a half an hour. I'm sure it will get better with time and then so will my review. Until then I'll go elsewhere for takeout chain pizza.
My first experience having Cottage Inn and it was great! Crust was perfect and flavors were on point. Great service at the counter as well!
