Country Rose Café

One of the best country restaurants I have been to so far. If you're in the area, great place for breakfast. They are only open from 07:00am til 14:00. Therefore they do not do dinner. They make their own salsa and garlic butter. Definitely a must try.

I haven't been to Country Rose in a few years because I was tired of it. I used to go at least once a month and sometimes a few times a month for years. Since their 4th Street days. Well, I got a breakfast burrito with bacon and hash browns to go. I don't know, maybe because I went at the end around 1:30, but everything in my burrito was dried out. Only ate about half of it. Not even with the salsa made it good enough to finish. And if I would have known that they were gonna charge me $1 for a tiny thing of salsa I would have declined it. It comes with 2 but I used to use 3 back in the day. I wasn't told about the extra charge. Not worth a $1 for 1. Maybe 50¢ 😕. A total let down 👎👎

Cozy little place with great service. We had breakfast which was excellent, and we found parking immediately at 9am. Coffee was good, and like I said, the servers and hosts were very attentive.

Seriously has been a while I've actually had a very pleasant experience at a breakfast spot. I came for a classic breakfast spot and this place didn't disappoint. Belgium waffle was perfect and thick. Hollister scramble was very well seasoned and tortillas were soft and flavorful. HOME MADE SALSA isn't spicy but man its good! Definitely recommend to bring the whole family 10/10 breakfast spot and everything is reasonably priced

Definitely a hot breakfast spot in town. Weekends can get busy and there can be a wait but it’s definitely worth it. Breakfast is A+. Every classic is on the menu and made old fashioned style. Big plate sizes and hot fresh off the griddle. I’ve also had the pleasure of having lunch here as well and it’s just as delicious. The pancakes are incredible and also the patty melt! The wait staff is friendly and willing to help. I will go every so often to try something new.
