Country Waffles

Walked in around opening and was greeted with the smell of fresh waffles. Sat down at the bar and was pretty much the only customer in the building. Service was friendly and very fast. Lack of sugar-free options for drinks concerns me. Ordered the American Platter: 3 eggs over easy, 4 sausage links, hash browns, and toast. There are plenty of customizable options but let's get into the quality breakdown. Eggs were cooked perfectly as Ordered. Sausage and Hashbrowns were cooked to perfection. And Sourdough toast was great as well. My only point dock for food was simply bland. No seasoning other than the sausage. Was so good I had to order more :). Amazing food, amazing server. I forget how good diner food is, and this place reminded me how much I love it. Highly recommend trying them if you haven't already.

This place wasnt bad, in fact I liked the food. It was clean, friendly. But what killed it was the girl who checked us out. Was eating breakfast between 9:40-10:30ish am with my kids and grandfather. My grandfather is a pretty genuine guy and handles cash a lot. When he went to pay the young girl checking us out loudly exclaimed "sir this 100 is fake". Loud enough for the whole dam restaurant to hear. He was absolutely embarrassed and felt terrible. I've worked in customer service/cashiering for 10 years, sometimes you get handed a fake bill from doing odd jobs. The bill he had was older, didn't have the line going down. Regardless, she shouldnt have embarrassed my grandfather. I hope she can be a little more graceful next time.

Wait staff are always great! Food is good and plentiful! However, bathroom continues to be disgusting. Floors blackened in some spots, walls dirty with streaks, toilet soiled, sink water dripping, mirror dirty, towel machine was so brown I couldn't believe it. The kicker is the entry has a sagging roof. This is unsafe .

We had such a great breakfast thanks to our amazing server, Sammy! From the moment we sat down, Sammy was friendly, upbeat, and made us feel right at home. She kept the coffee flowing, made sure everything came out just the way we ordered, and even had some great recommendations for the menu. Breakfast can be a busy time, but Sammy never missed a beat, attentive without ever rushing us. It really felt like they cared about making our morning enjoyable. We left full, happy, and already looking forward to coming back. The food was amazing as well, they didn’t miss on anything we ordered! If you stop by, ask for Sammy…you won’t be disappointed!
