A friend of a friend recommended COVYD Taco so we hired them for a parent meeting at Workman High School. Make sure you know where you want them because we took about 10 minutes moving them back and forth and they set up everything in 20 minutes. They'll need space for two 6 ft tables for drinks, sides (rice and beans) and condiments ( lemons, sliced cucumbers, salsas, cilantro, pineapple and fresh onions) and a 6ft section for grilling onions, jalapenos, and keeping tortillas and meats warm. The meats were already perfectly grilled. If you have a special order they'll make it happen. If you're familiar with "El Taco Man" you'll like COVYD Tacos. By far the best tacos I have had. Being in South Carolina and visiting So Cal this was one of the best experiences I have had. I could not say enough about the two gentlemen that were serving and dealing with my crazy family. They were awesome. They have great personalities. The tacos here are delicious, fresh and very convenient for a quick dinner. They are very friendly and the service is fast. Parking is convenient. Highly recommend 👌👌 5⭐️

I was looking for a good taco place and I came across Covyd Tacos on Yelp and decided to try them. Unaware that they were just serving on tables under a shade during the evenings, I gave them a try and ordered asada and cabeza burritos. I became a regular after that night and they practically knew me by name. Their burritos are very delicious and their servings are generous. They also had quesadillas, and a variety of tacos. They also have Al Pastor which is really tasty. They do not accept credit cards but they accept Venmo payments. I now miss their tacos and burritos since I was only in La Puente for 5 weeks but would be their customer again if I go back to La Puente, California again.

Banging tacos, and awesome service, My lady and I don't eat meat, but they made us some of the best veggie tacos around. Also, the sauces and salsas are bomb! Already planing our next visit.
