Cowboy Chicken

The food was delicious. I ordered brisket with a sweet potato and green beans with a jalapeño cucumber lemonade. Perfect combo for me! I didn’t get the names of the two employees behind desk but they were very accommodating and attentive. I appreciated them going the extra mile and will definitely be back!

I just wish the pulled pork or their BBQ beef portion was a little bigger especially for the price. But it is delish. I always get the green beans (I like mine a little more done, but if you like a crunch when eating green beans then this place is for you!) The Sweet potato/ Yam is phenomenal but it is also a less than half portion, and it the length is varied too) Great big piece of chicken which is what my husband and mother in law ate. It is good, somwwhat pricey! We all ate for $47.. Filling.. get the app and you can earn bonus points!

I have been here a few times and overall this place is amazing. The rotisserie chicken has a great smoky flavor, regardless of dark or white. The brisket however isn’t as great, but still good nonetheless (4/5). I’ve tried all the sides but the beans and greens. The sides are great, they come in the perfect portions and all taste fresh and not like the cheap frozen ones. Every time I have ate there the service has been impeccable, big smiles with lots of recommendations. They all seem to love their jobs. Overall: If you are looking for chicken that ain’t fried, this is THE place if you are in Longview. The prices are fair, meaning you get what you pay for.

Chicken was excellent, the brisket was not very good. The sides were great, sweet potatoe, Mac n cheese, and fried okra. The hot sauce and BBQ sauce were good. They had a good selection of teas and lemonade. I liked the watermelon black tea, and my wife liked the strawberry lemonade.

Mac and Cheese and mashed potatoes were very good. The green beans were not cooked thoroughly and were so rubbery you could not eat them. The whole chicken was overcooked so the skin was difficult to eat. Gravy was okay. Peach cobbler was too cakey and dry, not your traditional peach cobbler. Cooks need improvement.
