Cowpoke's Watering Hole

Pulled in around 5ish PM on a Saturday and was shocked to see the parking lot so jammed packed. Needless to say it's our first time here. So this must be a good sign right? Sure was! The escargot wasn't pleasing to the eye but oh my goodness it was super delicious. The garlic bread was so soft and prefect to scoop up all the escargot sauce. Salad was okay, but I'm not a salad person. I tasted my wife's osobuco and mashed potatoes, and I almost regretted not ordering it for myself, it was so good. But than I bit into my tomahawk steak and bacon wrapped asparagus, and those regrets vanished. The steak was total perfection and the asparagus was great, not soggy like most places. I hope to find ourselves in Sebring, because I'd love to try more of their menu.

We arrived to the area a month ago and until today we were completely disappointed with the dining choices in the area, until today. What a great great restaurant. Madison was a lovely server, polite, attentive and expeditious. I started with the escargot, delicious. I followed with the osso buco. Another home run. Delicious Demi but a bit too salty for me. Overall our new weekly stop, can’t wait to get the scallops next week.

I came here for lunch on a Sunday. The food was amazing! Our server was very kind. Service was quick and attentive. The tiki/outside seating was very lax and not too hot despite it being in the 80s. All the food was hot, tasted very fresh, and came within very reasonable times. I will come back!! (I took photos for my fiance who could not attend our lunch… but you can see how delicious everything looks!!!) we ordered our steaks rare and they came out perfect and tender. The poke bow flatbread made with sushi grade tuna was delicious and extremely fresh - no gross fishy flavor - good quality raw tuna!!!!! 10/10!

I’ve been here more than eight times while traveling to Sebring for work, and honestly, this place is one of the main reasons I don’t mind the trip down south. The ribeye is incredible, and the service is just as impressive. Definitely stop by and check this place out!

We were celebrating the new year with our first New Year dinner. Eva was our server and she is amazing! I had the Blackened Mahi Mahi and hubby had the 22 oz ribeye (MR) with loaded baked potato. The bottomless salad comes with homemade ranch dressing and it was delicious as well! Thank you Eva. We will be back! ✌🏻
