Absolutely fabulous food, drinks & service! He had Enchiladas with chorizo, I had Carne Fiesta Tacos, both were very flavorful (needed a little sour cream to mellow it but that's our preference). I had strawberry marg otr, he had Dos Equis draft...everything was brought to us by a sweet, friendly server ("Grace") that was able to answer questions & offer suggestions. We'll definitely be back!! :)

Jeff and Coyote Cafe were absolutely amazing hosts for our 25 Year Reunion! It’s a great location, walking distance from everywhere in the village. We all loved the buffet and the open bar, and they even helped us find a DJ. Thanks for helping us have an amazing time!

I attended the REM cover band show at the coyote. The atmosphere was so chill and made for a nice relaxing evening. Not to mention, they have the best taco Tuesday around!!

Waited almost an hour and five dishes arrived for four people…whoops! Heard couple at next table telling their server they did not want a third basket of chips, they wanted their meal. Appetizer was amazing. Chimichangas were not fried and were lukewarm tried pork, chicken and seafood. Second try wasn’t any better. Extra items like side of brand, rice, and sour cream never appeared in spite of repeated requests. Rice was not like anything I’ve had at any other Mexican restaurant in the country. Would definitely pass. Beautiful outside area. Food truck had great food but restaurant was not that busy. No reason for poor service and cold entrees. Hello, We Were Given A Meal From Evening of Hope At Coyote Cafe. As Soon as i Walked in i felt welcomed and when i mentioned a pick up order for eveing of hope the young man said ok i will get your order. The Food Was Amazing and The Customer Service Was Awesome. I Recommend 100 percent. Thank You For A Great Meal. This is the Second Time we Got A meal and the Service Was Excellent. Thank You
