Coyote Flaco

We got there early for our reservation and they were really gracious about getting us to a table earlier. The enchiladas were wonderful. I ordered the blue corn and it came with a molé that was really excellent. My friend had pollo Limone and she lived it. I only wish I had taken pictures of our dinners. I can't wait to go back.

food is typically pretty good and the service especially is always great with friendly and efficient staff. I'm mostly just reviewing to say that I'm baffled how a piece of lettuce came buried in my side of sour cream when I didn't have a meal with lettuce in it tonight, and I mean buried so that I didn't see it until I dipped some enchilada in and hit something hard. anyhow, the enchiladas are good and the chimichanga is kind of dry, could use queso on top maybe. it's very loud in there during dinner hours too but plenty of parking to accommodate everyone.

2-7-25: Another friday night stop in for some tacos, enchiladas, empanadas, and margaritas. Busy, but again, no wait with quick service and excellent food. One of the coziest spots for mexican food and drinks. Friday night adventures led us to this warm, welcoming, and cozy mexican restaurant. Even coming in later in the evening, around 8pm, the staff was friendly and allowed us the time to make up our indecisive minds for dinner. Salsa and chips upon sitting down. Margaritas ordered within 5 minutes of arriving with one of the best Guava margaritas I've tasted. Had the Enchiladas Suiza with fillings of ground beef, chicken and steak. Lovely Mexican restaurant. The atmosphere is both kid friendly and yet perfect for date night. Facilities are clean and well kept. The food is absolutely delicious. We do a bit of "family style" so everyone gets to try what the other got. Coyote Flaco is definitely a local favorite, as well as, our families.

The staff is very friendly and we did have great service. I was disappointed with my meal. I ordered chicken fajitas, and they weren't sizzling at all. They were room temperature and swimming in some sort of liuid/juice. Definitely wasn't what I was expecting. My wife had a taco salad, and it was "ok".. I will give credit where due..the salsa was spicy and amazing and the margaritas were banging.
